A prayer time tonight around the 360-degree 19th viewing floor at the prefectural building (kencho), with loads of schoolkids' paintings and calligraphy. Some of the posters were safety/public service announcements, but I noticed a theme:
Inochi.
Life.
I had actually gone with a list of local politicians' names, including Kanazawa's mayor, to pray for, which we did.
When we were on the opposite side, somebody played a beautiful piece of classical music on this piano, but by the time we got around to that side, they were not at the instrument anymore. There were about 5 other people besides us up there, so it could've been any of them.
But it brought more LIFE to the floor.
We'll keep praying for those politicians, including the mayor, Mr. Murayama.
We'll keep praying for life and life in abundance for the folks living in this area.
More joy, more peace, more Jesus---Life himself and the giver of life.
