Michael, Stephen, and I had a peaceful prayer time at the prefectural office building's 19th-floor viewing area tonight. You can walk around all four sides, and there's even a little model of the building.
We prayed for:
- Dreams, visions for Japanese folks to meet Jesus like so many in the Muslim world are having
- A student that I'm currently teaching
- A friend here who wants to become a believer but feels like something is holding her back
- The port area: for bad to be stopped from coming in but for good to be allowed in
- Prayed against natural disasters
- Noto Peninsula, whose people are still recovering from the big earthquake 2 years ago
- The leaders of this area: mayor, prefectural governor, leaders of each department in the building we were in
- Local churches
